Oluwakamiye Olorunfemi is an Of Counsel at Space Firm, providing sophisticated legal support in corporate law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and nonprofit advisory. She works with businesses, institutions, and mission-driven organizations to help them navigate complex regulatory environments, strengthen governance structures, and operate with transparency and accountability across jurisdictions.

She is a First Class graduate of the Nigerian Law School and began her professional career at a leading international law firm in Nigeria, where she built a strong foundation in corporate transactions, regulatory advisory, and commercial compliance. Her practice has since expanded internationally, and she currently engages with European and African legal systems, bringing a cross-border and comparative law perspective to her work.

Oluwakamiye is a DAAD Scholar (German Academic Exchange Service) and a BMGA Fellow, distinctions that reflect her academic excellence, leadership potential, and global professional outlook. She is also the Founder of A Child Needs Me Initiative, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to education, care, and protection for vulnerable children, reinforcing her commitment to ethical leadership, social responsibility, and sustainable development.

Based in Germany, Oluwakamiye supports Space Firm’s cross-border practice, working with clients across Africa and Europe and contributing to the firm’s mission of delivering globally aligned, client-focused, and future-ready legal solutions.
